Just got the non-renewal notice from Progressive for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. We have about 240 HO3s in that footprint. Anyone had luck placing with Travelers or Nationwide in those counties recently? Trying to get ahead of the re-shop before April 1.
Hartford sent the invite for their Feb 25 cyber liability session. Has anyone sat through the previous one? Is it product pitch or actual useful UW training? CE credit is nice but don't want to burn 2 hours for marketing fluff.
Seeing double-digit increases on clean commercial auto books across Progressive and Travelers. No at-fault losses, no violations. Even our best fleets are getting +12 to +18%. Is this a market-wide correction or just me?
Started pushing pet as an add-on at home renewal. Close rate is solid (~22%). Progressive just expanded to 8 more states and their multi-pet discount went from 5% to 10%. Anyone built a real workflow around this?
Our E&O is up in July. Currently with Utica at $4.2K. We're at 8 producers, $14M revenue. Looking for quotes and anyone's experience with Swiss Re or Axis for this size. Claim history is clean 5+ years.
Nationwide bumped new business auto from 12% to 13.5% for Q2 only. Saw it in the commission schedule notice last week. Is this network-wide or just select agencies?
